The Ongoing Murder of Greg Giraldo

Grep Giraldo is murdered daily, along with other comedians, by those who are in denial about the real joke being played on all of us. Anyone with eyes is laughed at, and then silenced.

It's the rite of those denying their own slavery. It may be their only right as well.

Unlike fellow comedians who actually knew him, he was not an "insult comic", unless, of course, a lack of imagination would also reduce Groucho Marx and George Carlin to such a cynical reductionism. What killed Greg, Bill Hicks, and Jim Morrison is how they dealt with a group of people who over-consumed, if not violently psycho-ransacking, them rather than make lives for themselves. Of course, "murder" is a difficult concept. Going blind is such a well-funded, institute-studied, State-enforced "way of life" that few notice the Comedians are treated as objects who say what you fear to say.

Let me put it this way: lifestyle is what you get when life[time] is extracted, mediately-substituted, and locked away in an airless vault. Slow death is not the opposite of "being alive" but most cannot tell the difference. Numbness and dumbness are more similar and connected than meets the eye. Of course, that's where induced blindness takes front-and-center stage. And applause is obligatory.

Comedians expose the absence of our existence's shadow. They share with us a glimpse in the mirror of an "us" which barely shows up, and only with a ticket of admission. We momentarily see the dualistically-maintained, systemically-fragmented "us". We leave. We also leave the anguish, exponentialized by our leaving, in the the comedian. EWe temporarily use them to see 'what is' and 'what might be'. The comedian is left with a hole in their soul... alone in an unknown room, with the tinitus of strangers' laughter and applause. Small consolation. The "applause" best offered is social revolution which elevates the human spirit from traps, pitfalls, separation perfected, and the comedian-saddening sense of a nightmare which appears to get longer and louder. The system of Capital "pulls the plug" on its dreamers and bio-denatures REM sleep from everyone else. The "choice" thus far is winless. Waking and sleeping on our own, and making those worlds one, is around which real social change will helically "revolve".

The "good citizen" deals with their own alienated projections in further self-abstracting forms — ghosts, aliens, deities — a "job" where gluttonously-consuming the 'will to live' of comedians is a substitute for making life livable everywhere. It's their own addictive, quick fix for avoiding their own self-alienating daily lives.

These [made-]cold-hearted "people" are the first to point to drugs — and not to "Big Pharma" who profit off and falsely-"remedy" the pains which destroy people attempting to survive systemic societal with drugs, as "the problem". Quasi-thinking in the same falsifying "treatment" of the societal problem at large, they suggest that moderation in how one feels pain is what's at issue, and NOT THE PAIN ITSELF. What pomposity! What socialized self-disconsciousness! The theft which milks systemic alienation and condemns views which deal harshly with all the psycho-addictions to the happiness slathering-up "running in circles" — while the parasite class feeds from your neck — is called "surrender"; it's what a good slave does. It's being complicit in your own murder. Suicide is made the daily means and ends for everyone in the lower region of the global pharaoh-maintaining pyramid. For people who don't take this "Big Joke" seriously, laughter does hurt, however, they pay their admission ticket and throw "laughs" at the comedian like stones at rule-breaking Islamic female victim. The insightful virtue of the emotionally blind.

Prescription drugs have a list of side-effects that go on for pages, and which are worse than what they falsely "treat" The very existence of "Big Pharma" is a moment of what's really wrong here. Blaming victims of rape, addictions, and other intended "hooks" is mindless, heartless, and exposes the real addiction to the global "pyramid scheme" that passes itself off as "as good as it gets", its victims as "self-inflicting", and addiction WITHOUT DRUGS as a virtue... a kind of self-righteous fascist persona.

I am sad whenever I see ideology in human skin pretending to "care". It is such a bold-faced lie... the fact that where a human once was or could be, replicates in all but what is being lost to us all: species mutual inclusivity, social imagination, the ability to activate the unbanal.

Oh, and by the way, "pulling the plug" on Greg after a mere five days of "treatment" by "doctors" hatched from the AMA (founded by John D. Rockefeller), shows the same sort of disregard by his wife in death that she gave him "in life". Greg, I feel the pain you felt, and so, feel your presence still, in spite of the rite of murdering self and others practiced by the global slave cult[ure]. The twinkle in my soul which you kept alive by nurturing it with painful awareness and plainful truth, is — not unlike that of Bill Hicks, George carlin, and Jimm Morrison — the best example of humanity and becoming more humane. My grateful hat (if I wore one) is off to you, and a warm and loving hug to your spirit — as a glimpse of 'the human spirit' — is in my still-connected heart-and-mind for and because of you. My deepest love, Greg. Thanks for sharing what you saw, felt, and dreamed.

    Later in the article, we read "It was an accidental overdose, and he is in critical condition..." and "It appears that Giraldo OD'd on prescription pills."

    Forbid that the medical mafia should be involved in this gagland killing! That would cast aspersions on the whole anti-wholistic notion of "health insurance" and "medicine" in this country. Taking prescriptions correctly kills about 100,000 people per year in the US, and hospitals — bastions for Big Pharma and knife sharpening companies, kills tens of thousands as well. To trust a "doctor" whose training has absolutely no biochemical, nutritional, or cross-effects training in the curriculum is a breech of sanity. I never met Greg's wife, but met a facimile of her in "spikes" of his routine anguish. I suspect that she is a caring woman, but is a bit preoccupied — like a "soccer mom" in a huge SUV who could care less if she runs over someone outside her narrowed-down sense of "who isimportant", as she jabbers on to someone on her cell phone, or changes the channel for her tv-suckling kids in the back seat — as her husband suffers on the road. Yep... men are just "beasts of burden" and women possess all credulity when it comes to warmth, caring, and gut-level honesty. I could be wrong, but I'm not.

If you see web references to Greg Giraldo these daze, I will bet it's only about his death. It is no surprise to me that neither his life nor his call to live are purposefully ignored and obfuscated.

Life is not a topic to be discussed amidst the manufacturing of the self-alienated, especially by those so-programmed. Certainly, we should only discuss drugs, pain, and everything that makes this country's entrapped citizenry tolerate being repressed, suppressed, and depressed. Let's only talk of Greg in those terms so that the lifestyles of the lifeless may continue unabated and unobstructed. That is the prescription. Follow the instructions and you still may overdose....
