Notes on Psycho-fetish, and its Faithful "Copyright"

The copyright laws protect hoarded human knowledge like the "legal" practice of privatization steals away social wealth.

Almost all free access to the internet is gone. Almost all "public domain" radio and television have been kidnapped away into the brothels of big corporations and "timed" use. Public telephones where calling 911 was free now require a carcinogenic contract with some cell phone (and cell-mutating) phone.

I was attacked by the self-anointed "guardians" of free access to Reich's projects at Panacea-BOCAF because they "assumed" ownership over things that belong to all of us. They presumed an authority that was essentially authoritarian, because that is what the hierarchy best does: make wealth unavailable to anyone 'beneath' you so that your "position" in [its vacantizing] 'life' is "based" upon the "blood and land" theft at the core of pathocracy.

For you to squirm and squeal about copyright laws is childish and pathological in these times.

It exudes an authoritarian persona that tantrumatically-demands reciprocal carrying of said plague.

This flawed effort exemplifies what Reich called the "little man". Is that not "hypocritical? Is that not unbecoming? Is that descending to less than what one is already painfully-limited?!

Here's something that transcends both "copyright" and its abstract "anti-copyright" negation: omni-copyright".
Hoarding credit and communication is an anarcho-Stalinist trait. It wears a heavy
dose of the scent of its enemies to lure in "followers of the faith"; it "needs" loyal 'objects' and has an "anti-"desire for freely-associating 'subjects'. It is a life style based in a state of denial of "the other", and justifies the disconnection and falsification of all transcendent connectivity in the name of abstract individualism and abstract collectivism. Duct tape sells big time in [anarchist] black....

Essentially, metaphorically, and explicitly, this "movement" is for the anti-copyright, that "new world" assessment wherein the current one is mirrored — merely intact and inverted — still connected but co-dependently, and is, thus, abstractly-negated.

It cannot comprehend — and fears — the concept of an omni-copyright, a world all that has come before it is used more robustly and without totality-sacrificial filtering by an old world stupor. So much gaze and so little imagination! A movement chasing

Capital's tail, drumming to the mantra of "duh". They suffocate the new world with the "new world" pregnant with the "old world". By negating only, it abstractly evolves, as not rising in a helix, but revolving in a flattened helix: a circle, that is, a world without subjectivized time.

The omni-copyright, similar to what GNU does, protecting against the privatization
[openly-]courted by the "open source community" which has allowed such devasting
takeovers of CSS by Microsoft and MySQL by Oracle, the two which combine to nearly kill all access to the world wide web (WWW).

The cries for copyright fgor "the little guy" act as a front for the enforcing of "copyright infringement" by those who OWN all social processes (hierarchies) and who have kidnapped access to its legal transcendence, since they own the "legal system".

Deflection into foolish "Tweedledum or Tweedledee" dichotomies serves stasis and derails discussion and "illegal" sharing (e.g., bartering, gifting, favors) which naturally seek to transcend and supersede. Hence, that anti-discussion acts as agent for "the Realm" and ought to be considered anyrhing but helpful, transcendent, or revolutionary.

The "omni-copyright" grants secured use to all persons. It stipulates that privatization is the only thing it is against, while affirming the use of that material to "bootstrap" beyond a "pro- versus anti-" mutual limp.

Similarly, omnicentralism — leaping beyond decentralism and centralism — creates "the center" everywhere. It does not negate the center nor make it a privatizable State. It uses the use-value of both to go beyond their co-enabling deadlock which serves the shuffling top of the hierarchy only.
To call for "The State" and "The Law" is cowardly at best.... It is "mass psychology" serving its master, and "serving up" the 'desire to be human'.

Dare to reach for better than an inversion of ourselves — steeped in fetish — for bourgeois and stasis' rules for the rule!
